Our Ghana Trip students planted 105 'tree seedings', that were kindly donated by the Woodland Trust to help offset the carbon footprint of their flight to Ghana in March.

As well as offsetting their carbon footprint, students hope that their efforts will establish food and shelter for wildlife and create a living legacy for future generations at their academy.

The trees planted were a mix of hawthorn, rowan, blackthorn, silver birch, hazel and common oak.
